Perut fetis menambah berat badan

i've gained so much weight lately, look at how big my belly got, this bikni should fit nicely. But it doesn't, i've gained a whole stone lately, so as you can imagine i have gotten pretty big, look how swollen my tummy is? I need you to come and feed me, am i still attractive?
